This was a heating system that had been working inefficiently and wasting heat due to the boiler being connected on to an old badly designed heating system causing most radiators not to heat up.
The customer had young children and as the whole central heating system needed replaced along with an old corroded boiler this meant that the heating and hot water was off for a full 3 days, we provided portable heaters to make it a bit more comfortable them .
We replaced the boiler with a worcester-bosch combi boiler with an extended guarantee due to the fact that we are worcester-bosch accredited installers, and repiped the whole central heating system, working over a weekend to help the family out .
