The customer had an unreliable 5-6 year old boiler which was poorly installed also, this boiler gave the customer nothing but problems over the last 2 years, we had replaced a couple of parts on the boiler and the customer decided that enough was enough and decide to get us to fit a worcester-bosch with an amazing 10 years guarantee.
This gave the customer a massive peace of mind after all the problems they had with the old boiler, we upgraded the pipework and the gas supply which was undersized , the customer now has a quality boiler and a quality installation with us planned in for the annual service and they will be well looked after for years to come.
The customer can now get the hot water he wants and heating on demand.
