Great work from LCD Heating and gas . They replaced the boiler in my new house and serviced all the radiators. Lluis and Jan are knowledgeable, approachable and easy to contact. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. I would recommend LCD heating and will continue to use their services.

Would highly recommend this company! Old boiler broke down, and they came out that afternoon and gave me a quote. Started the work a day later. Floor boards were lifted through the hall and kitchen to fit new pipes and when they finished they put everything back the way it was. New boiler works a treat, and they were very polite and well mannered throughout.
Have had excellent service from this company for years, yesterday they responded to an emergency at my 86 year old mothers when she had water coming from her boiler, they were out in no time at all, replaced the broken part and all at an excellent price, from the first phone call to the end product an excellent service

We own a 1950s bungalow. Our previous gas servicing company went into liquidation some years ago. I asked LCD to carry out our annual service. They identified a number of problems with our installation. We have had a new boiler and power shower fitted by them They have been doing our annual services for 5 years plus. They are the best gas engineers I have ever had. As well as being extremely competent they are completely reliable and a very nice group to deal with
Absolutely brilliant and prompt service from Lluis and his team. We required a new boiler before having new kitchen units installed. LCD was recommended to us by a neighbour, Lluis supplied a quote promptly and contact from Jan kept us informed at every stage of the process. Lluis and Sean arrived at the time arranged and quickly got to work installing our new boiler. They are friendly, hard working and adhered to Covid guidelines. We encountered a hitch due to our previous boiler pipe work being fitted incorrectly. Lluis and Sean explained how they would resolve it and got to work rectifying the issue. Lluis even arranged a builder/rough caster at short notice to fill in gaps around flue and roughcast it. (Thanks Lluis)
All packaging, old boiler and rubbish was taken away and area tidied up. We are really happy with our new boiler and would highly recommend Lluis and his team. We are having our yearly service done by them in the future.
LCD made me feel comofrtable right from the quotation stage. We required a new gas pipe, new boiler, new magnetic filter, a radiator removed , a new one installed and a system power flush so I was quite nervous trying to find the right company and having been a Brittish Gas service customer for years I was reluctant to move away but Lluis had so much knowledge and made everything seem straightforward so I had full confidence (the cost was also very good!) so we went ahead with LCD.
I should also mention we recently had our kitchen done so there was an added nervousness around worktop and floors getting marked and damaged.
When they came to do the work, they went through everything that was going to happen over the next couple of days and kept me informed throughout the job. Nothing was an issue for them and they were both very polite. The quality of the work is amazing and they left the place spotless. I still cant believe they done everything so quickly so I can honestly recommend LCD 100%!
We received first class service on the recent installation of our new boiler by Lluis and Sean. All work was carried out to a high standard with the electrician and builder also organised by them and timed to perfection. Really polite, friendly guys and they explained every step of the process and nothing was too much trouble. Pre and post sale customer service from Jan was also really friendly and helpful.

I required my ailing 18yr-old Vokera boiler replaced as it was on its last legs. As I had several family/friends having previously used LCD it was a no-brainer with respect to the feedback I had received from them. True to form, Lluis and Sean were 1st class in every way in the completion of the work I required. I echo all the positive reviews posted on this page and would highly recommend this fantastic company. I now have a top of the range Worcester-Bosch boiler and 14 new radiators (that I don’t need to paint for a while😂). Kudos also to Jan Dalmau for her pleasant and efficient demeanour. We booked LCD to install a new boiler, move it to a new location and to repipe our entire system. We were really worried about the potential mess and upheaval this could cause to our home but in the end we had no reason to worry. The work Lluis and Sean did was top class with our new pipework clean and tidy. The disruption to the house was minimal despite have to cut hatches in walls and lift carpets and floorboards - they left the place as they found it as they tidied up behind them. The best thing though was dealing with Lluis, Sean & Jan themselves as they were friendly, professional and explained everything that had to be done with ease. They’ll be back every year to service the boiler that they fitted.
Lluis and Sean were excellent. They were very professional and effective in what they did. They also have a great manner about them and were very friendly and polite. They assisted in even fixing a couple of minor problems not included in the original spec. The builder and electrician they used were similarly professional and great at their roles. High quality service at a reasonable price. I have already recommended them to someone and would certainly recommend them to anyone else.

Got our boiler replaced last week and the entire process from start to finish was superb. All options laid out for us when getting a quote for the job and no pressure into a decision. Arrived early doors for the work and all carried out efficiently and with care to home (using dust sheets etc). All aftercare issues explained. Great care taken with hygiene with regards to COVID also. Would have no doubt about using again for other work required and would thoroughly recommend to others considering using.

We have a Victorian house which required old storage heaters to be replaced with a modern central heating system. To say that this was a challenging brief is an understatement; but Lluis and his team made it look easy. From turning up early on Day 1 to lifting and meticulously replacing floorboards/carpets and a fitted kitchen; the attention to detail was genuinely second to none.
