This building had an unreliable ageing boiler fitted which was leaking and having to be repaired often.
We fitted two boilers to give improved performance and also in the unlikely scenario that one of the boilers does break down there is one that can still provide heat. We also fitted a larger external pump to distribute the heat to the areas that need it. We also fitted the hive controller allowing the heating to be controlled even when no one is in the building which also means that if there was a freezing temperature they can protect the building or if someone accidentally leaves the heating on they can simply turn it off through the app on their phone saving them money.
We were tight for space on this job but we made the most of it.
