We were asked to help this bowling club out as they weren’t getting the heat they needed, the existing system had an undersized boiler fitted and the way the heating had been fitted it meant that they had no control of what areas they could heat which meant it was running really inefficiently heating up large areas that were not getting used.
We spent quite a bit of time going over how we could sort out all of their issues with out having to replace the pipework and air conditioning units which would mean major decoration work, we replaced the undersized boiler with two boilers linked through a low loss header with a 10 year guarantee which means they can budget going forward knowing that their boilers have a long guarantee.
We zoned each area to allow them to be able to only heat the areas that want , saving them money and giving them full control of the system. They are extremely pleased and we will be maintaining these new boilers for years to come.
