Sean is one of our apprentices who has been chosen to attend extra training by Worcester -Bosch at their training facilities in Worcester and Wakefield, Sean will attend 1 day a month for 12 months and will be learning about business, renewable energy products, customer journey and specialised training on Worcester-Bosch products including going out with one of their experienced service /break down engineers for a few days learning all those important tricks of the trade that only they know!
We are very pleased for this opportunity that has been given to us and our apprentice as this will give `Sean extra knowledge to grow, not only technically but also gaining the extra knowledge on the business side of the company.
This extra training will benefit our customers too as the extra knowledge that he gets will mean we can provide an even better service to our customers which can only be a good thing for everyone.
